'Spicy' chai latte from La Boulange

I will admit that I'm obsessed with this chai. First of all, they default to whole milk which is the only way to do lattes, just for the record. But more importantly, when we moved from San Francisco to Boston, I went on a city-wide search for its replacement and nothing held a candle. Multiple phone calls were made, many questions were asked, photos were taken (courtesy of confused/weirded-out baristas), specialty orders were made, and now I finally have a three-pound bag of the chai concentrate in my pantry, enabling me to find this little taste of happiness in my very own kitchen. It's no secret: the concentrate is the Professional Blend 'Power Chai' Concentrate from David Rio.
